RoamFree Ninja on RSVP event

Roamfree Ninja was delighted to take part in the recent RSVP event in Croatia, the first event of its kind in the country which brought together experts in the event industry from all over the region. The focus of the gathering was on presentations and panels on how to educate and improve the the event industry, as well as presenting Croatian event success stories.

Roamfree Ninja was asked to present two of its products, on the subject of “Internet on Demand”.
The first of these was the Roamfree Ninja prepaid mobile WiF hotspot rental service, an excellent communications tool for conferences and similar events. The main focus on the presentation was on the affiliate programme via cooperation with event makers, whereby they provide additional value to their visitors and greater visibility of their products, which enabling an additional revenue stream for themselves.

The second product was a presentation of fixed Roamfree Ninja WiFi equipment which can be rented for any event and almost any location anywhere in Croatia, whether or not that location has a fixed Internet connection.
Such a possibility opens up Croatia entirely in terms of location, and a private and secure WiFi connection can be offered to attendees for a price or free of charge, depending on the event organiser’s wishes.

Free WiFi access to all attendees offers several advantages to the organisers, in terms of engagement. With a captive audience, the road to free surfing can be lined with one or two options to present important organiser messages. Examples of this could be:
– FB check in on event FB page
– filling out the questionnaire
– reading captive portal (web page with custom content like info about sponsors, event itinerary, giveaway info etc.)

If the event organiser chooses to monetise the WiFi service, this can be done either through Paypal or from a printed voucher from the system, which can be offered for sale at various key locations – bar, reception etc.
A key advantage of the system is that the network can be vitually divided into four separate WiFi netwoks, thereby offering the organiser the chance of offer different levels of service (perhaps some chargable, some free) to different groups of attendees. Examples of this could be press coverage versus organiser communications.

Example:
Network one – Event_fiscal & press
Network that isn’t visible and doesn’t have bandwidth throttling.

Network two – Event_free
Visible network with no need to enter security key, but all users have to check in on event facebook page, and bandwidth speed is throttled

Network three – Event_private
Visible network that users have to pay for unlimited access with no bandwidth throttling.

Simplicity and flexibility are key factors in the Roamfree Ninja service, and whatever your WiFi requirements are in Croatia, Roamfree Ninja is confident it can exceed them.
