RoamFree Ninja is the most efficient mobile internet solution for travelers in Croatia.
It’s a pocket size mobile device – a personal WiFi hotspot that enables you and your friends (it supports from 10 to 14 devices, depending on 3G/4G) to connect to the internet at faster than 3G speed anywhere in Croatia where major networks have coverage, and surf the internet like you would at home with no additional costs!
What is the coverage of RoamFree Ninja like?
We work with top network providers in Croatia, almost the whole territory of Croatia is covered by 3G+/4G signal, all colored areas on the map below have coverage with broadband speed. Signal strength can vary outside populated areas. For most purposes, the coverage is complete, even though you may get some rough spots if you venture far off the proverbial beaten path.

Device delivery and return are free.
You only pay €20 extra if you want it delivered outside Croatia (prior to your trip).
Where can I get it delivered?
Once you place the order on our website, you will be able to select where do you want device to be delivered or where do you want to pick it up.
You can have it delivered for free to any street address in Croatia, any hotel, marina or camp.
Alternatively you can pick it up at nearest Tisak kiosk. Follow Tisak kiosk locator to locate them.
You can even have it delivered to your home (Europe only) at an extra charge, please contact us for details.

How many GB can I transfer daily?
Ninja package offers you unlimited data with 20GB at full speed per day.
Do I need to book in advance?
It’s best if you book in advance because standard delivery can take up to 3 business days in Croatia or 5 business days in other EU countries.
You don’t pay delivery time, no worries.
If you order before 3 PM, you will get your device delivered on the
– same day if ordered by 3 PM and delivery is in Zagreb
– next business day elsewhere in Croatia if ordered by 3 PM
– within 3 business days for islands, Dubrovnik area or remote locations

What devices can I use with RoamFree Ninja
You can use any device that has option to connect to internet via WiFi – mobile phones, tablets, laptops…
Up to 10 or 14 (depending on your package 3G/4G) devices can be connected simultaneously.
When does my rental begin and end?
Your rental starts and ends with dates you selected when you placed the order.
For an example, if you booked from Aug 4th till Aug 10th, it includes both of selected dates and makes 7 days all together.
However, you will probably get it even a day earlier and if you are few minutes late to drop it back, it’s not a problem.
Is it possible to extend my rental?
Yes, just get in touch with us in time and let us know.
Can I change delivery address?
If your RoamFree Ninja is not yet on the way than yes.
Just reach to us and let us know your order ID and new location.
What happens if I lose or break my device?
As specified in Terms and Conditions, if you lose, break, open device (security seal) or delay with return, your credit card will be charged a €99 fee.
How do I start using RoamFree Ninja?
Once you have booked and the device has been delivered, inside the package you will find instructions with the network name and password.
Just switch the Ninja on and connect as you would to any other WiFi network.
What is the battery lifetime?
Baterry will last around 6 hours of full time use but if you only use it moderately it may last entire day.
Once at home, you can keep it plugged in (USB charger) to recharge and then use it on the run again.
What do I get in the box?
The box includes one RoamFree Ninja device, USB charger cable, a little user manual and a prepaid return envelope.
How do I return it?
With a device, you will get a prepaid envelope with our address.
All you need to do is put your device and cable in, close the envelope and drop it off at any post office or post box (keep in mind that some post boxes have a small letter opening, so the device may not fit).
If device is damaged, security seal open or return is delayed, your card will be charged €99 fee.
